How is Zach Britton not a diamond yet. He is on pace to set the record for era by a relief oitcher (he has 0.54 era and the record is 0.60) and is arguably the best closer in badeball. Other closers and relief pitchers are diamonds so why not Britton

Jeurys Familia from my Mets is leading the league in saves... still gold... and still in the mid 80s... calm down... players will get upped and downed when its warranted, I'm sure Britton will eventually get his due... Betts and Ramos got their just due this week going diamond and gold... its a little tougher to do pitchers because their fielding is what typically keeps their OVR down or in the case of some with high fielding keeps their OVR from dropping

Thanks for the love for Freddie Freeman, since June 1st 1.100 OPS, hit for the cycle, and played most of June with a cracked rip.

He has also surpassed his career HRs for a single season .

Poor Jackie Bradley jr. Can't crack gold despite his monster year. As a Jays fan, I only wish The Show's assessment of him was near accurate.

Britton no excuse should have been moved to diamond also Happ easily should have went gold with his performance this year he is in the running for the AL Cy Young.

Other mentions = Adrian Gonzalez should be gold with his stats the last 30 games plus his card is so well balanced already so I don't understand him not being gold along with Adam Jones who continues to surge this season complete 5 tool player not sure why he isn't GOLD either

You should work on providing numbers to support your statement, like fangraphs' pitchfx and mlb.com's player stats. Otherwise you just come across as a biased fan or someone who is just flipping cards on the market. Yeah, Happ is 17-3 (as of this posting) with a 3.05 ERA and 1.14 WHIP those are easy to point out. But, he's getting the second-best run support this year behind Rick Porcello at 7.2 runs per game. 16 of his 24 starts have qualified as quality starts, while his fastball averages 92-93, which is what he primarily features. His deception and arm angle are what make him so good, but how does that equate to stats in the show 16?

Same reason as another player - not approved by MLBPA yet (either hasn't submitted paperwork or it hasn't gone through). Not approved = can't be in the game.

Jason Grilli should be upgraded from his current bronze status. Since coming to the Blue Jays he's turned around a rough start to the season posting a whip of 0.80, 12.69 K/9, a 1.63 ERA, and an opposing batting AVG of .143. Considering he's been one of the most effective pitchers in the Jays bullpen, working the 8th inning role, he should get upgraded.

People. You do realize ratings are based on the last 3 years combined. So if a player is having a monster year, but were mediocre the previous 2, that doesn't mean they should be gold/diamond now.

Are you serious? You seem like a based fan pointing out he's only good because arm deception I don't give a rats about that I'm pointing out how players are currently performing you have Internet connection obviously so it's quite simple to check the stats for yourself, and if you didnt know about Britton than obviously you don't watch baseball he's on pace for historical stats as a closer and hey isn't that what LIVE series cards are for? Yeah exactly you have no point stats show for themselves and LIVE series cards once AGAIN!
