Am I missing something here? Almost every time I swing at a pitch in the strike zone with GOOD timing the result is a foul, ball... even on pitches right down the middle. Most of my hits are on either early or late timing. I thought if your timing is good on pitches in the zone, the result will usually be a fair ball.
Timing is just part of the hitting process. You have to put your bat on the ball too. Look at you PCI display to see if you are making good contact. Your PCI can be green, but if you are swinging over the top, under, or getting jammed or pulling off you will foul. Or make poor contact.
