Just wanna get your comments if your taking or swinging? I tend to take but today I didn't on a 3-0 and bam HR with Konerko. I shocked myself lol, just wanna know what you do.

on 3-0 im more a person who pays attention to what pitches the person has thrown prior to 0-3 i pay attention to speed and control becuz he may be settin up so it could either be but it could either be bad pitches or close pitches so if i go on 3-0 he might throw some out again and i may swing and look foolish if they are close but if they are bad pitches expect more that like a fast 4sfb pretty much in the zone where he know it may not move and its really str8 foward becuz he know his prior pitches were so *** he wont throw them. so it really depends. im kinda new to this mlb the show i played ps2 versions awhile back but i got back into mlb 11 the show cuz 2k baseball looks ugly so my record is pretty bad right now at 33-58 but only reason is becuz i used to hack at everything and never got in hitter counts at all but now im better and play pretty much everyday and my 3.32 era is startin to hold up now that im battin better

I hardly ever decide before a pitch if I'm going to swing or not. It's all about the situation, my opponent, where the pitch is and if I want the pitcher to throw another pitch or two. Just because it's a strike on the corner doesn't mean I'm going to swing...even on the first pitch. I usually wait for the pitch to be where I want it.

I don't change my game plan. If it's 3-0, I still study the pitch and swing based on my read. I maybe increase my standard for the quality of pitch that I'm willing to swing at.
