just because the angels got josh hamilton does not mean they will win the world series and same withe the Upton bros they have never played together me and my brother dont even like each other and come on the phils in third the whole division sucks bryce harper is very arrogant plus no more mike morse and the tigers are going to demolish the angels Torii Hunter is the only reason mike trout is a good player just like kobe and shaq

I agree with most of this. The only changes i would make is in the AL East and NL Central. I actually have Toronto winning the AL East and i have the Reds winning the NL Central.

WS prediction...I'll say Detroit over Washington. To my knowledge Detroit is returning the same team from last year and they are hungry. I think they get it done this time.

Baseball is a hard game to predict. On paper teams seem to be unbeatable (ie: Dodgers, Angels) but in this sport we all know anything can happen. It's fun to do this though. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's opinions.

Yeah that's not happening. Besides the pirates are the only team the reds need to worry about in the central

After last years debacle for LAA, I too think they're ready to turn a corner
& make some big noise.
However, I am not sold on the Natinals, I don't even think they'll be playin'
come October.

I think the Rays will finish last. I am really surprised tat u think the Red Sox would be in last. The Rays lost an ace James Shields, the best utility man in baseball Jeff Keppinger, and a gret setup man J.P. Howell wh can also be a long man, a starter, or a closer, and CF slugger B.J. Upton. The Red Sox only lost Cody and Mike Aviles but got Shane Victorino, Johnny Gomes, Joel Hanrahan, Koji Uehara, Mike Napoli, David Ross, and Ryan Dempster. If you were to compare all AL East lineups here as of now, you may want to rethink that list.
Rays 2013 projected lineup
CF Desmond Jennings
RF Ben Zobrist
3B Evan Longoria
LF Matt Joyce
2B Kelly Johnson
DH Luke Scott
SS Yunel Escobar
1B James Loney
C Jose Molina/Jose Lobaton

Red Sox
RF Shane Victorino
CF Jacoby Ellsbury
2B Dustin Pedroia
DH David ORtiz
1B Mike Napoli
C Jarrod Saltalamacchia/ David Ross bats 9th
SS Stephen Drew
3B Will Middlebrooks
LF Daniel Nava/ Johnny Gomes bats 6th

Best of Best
Starting Pitchers Rays
Bullpen Red Sox
Catcher Red Sox
First Base Red Sox
Second Base Red Sox
Third Base Rays
Shortstop Tie
Left Field Rays
Center Field Red Sox
Right Field Red Sox

Advantage Red Sox 6 Rays 3 1 Tie

Yankees
RF Ichiro
SS Derek Jeter
2B Robinson Cano
1B Mark Teixeira
CF Curtis Granderson
3B Kevin Youkilis
DH Travis Hafner/Juan Rivera
C Francisco Cervelli/ Chris Stewart
LF Brett Gardner

Blue Jays
SS Jose Reyes
LF Melky Cabrera/ Rajai Davis
RF Jose Bautista
DH Edwin Encarnacion
1B Adam Lind
CF Colby Rasmus
3B Brett Lawrie
C J.P. Arencibia
2B Emilio Bonifacio

Orioles
LF Nate McLouth
2B Brian Roberts
RF Nick Markakis
CF Adam Jones
1B Chris Davis
C Matt Wieters
SS J.J. Hardy
3B Manny Machado
DH Danny Valencia

Chris Davis is the O's only option at 1B, having Mark Reynolds there at 1B last year while Davis was splitting time at DH and at RF when Markakis went down.
Davis struggled big time at 1B making 15 errors in 343.0 innings. Valencia is an idea at 1B, it is his secondary position and is primary position is full with Manny Machado and Wilson Betemit playing there from the bench.

LOL yeah I know. Barring injuries we are even better this year now we have a leadoff hitter. I will miss Stubbs defense in CF but i will not miss him watching strike 3 go by all the time. Most of what I have heard on MLB network predicts we will win the Central. Must have been a WLB fan that made that prediction that the Crads would win the division. I will miss the Astros being in our division thou as all we have now to beat up on are the North Side Losers in Chicago.

Smile MLB teamīs for contention in 2013 season

Is Kelly johnson the new 2nd baseman for the rayīs ?? i checked 2 rosterīs yesterday and he wasnīt listed on any of them. What a season last year, the teamīs that i think will do well this year are: (or should i say my top 10 teamīs that can win their respective divisionīs or quite possibly win it all are: (1). LAA (2) Detriot (3) Toronto (4) Washington (5) LAD (6).Tampa Bay (7). S.F. (8). NYY (9.) Boston (10). Pittsburgh (wild card only). Thereīs gonna be a surprise young team to appear (last yr it was the "A"īs ) itīs hard to say who that might be but kindaīlook out for the "Rockieīs" or D-backīs maybe.
