Hopefully, the commentary will imporve for Mlb 13, I have read on blogs, magazines, talked to friends and have, myself been fustrated on the lack of depth, intellegence and real-game feel from this commentary.

I know that sometimes they go into an extended conversation about a situation or a player or his career but THATS IT, they might be talking and a ball is hit into play AND THEY KEEP TALKING. it really lacks intellegence in conversations and if they added just a few things, I pray this is OVERHAULED

I mean heck, MLB 2K and ESPECIALLY NBA2K12 has GREAT commentary for the whole game and they might say "...and yes, he has had some ups and downs in his carrer AS UTLEY NAILS A LINER INTO THE GAP....Getting back to Utley, a guy who....AND HOWARD TAKES HIM DEEP" you just dont get that real feel!

Where I agree with this, understand that it takes ALOT of work to get that feel and right now I bet MOST people think the gameplay needs to be tweaked a little first.

IMHO, gameplay first, aethetics second.

I don't like commentary in ANY sports game, even in Madden. I have been turning off the commentary for years. I enjoy playing with just the sound effects, crowd, etc...

Anyone else do that?
