My vote would be for Miguel Cabrera considering he did hit for the Triple Crown. However I wouldn't mind seeing a cover like Madden 10 where they have a player from each World Series team.

Sadly, they have to compensate (or pay if you prefer) the person/people on the cover. So the [insert team here] rushing the field in victory (like, say the World Series Champions) probably WON'T happen.

So if you want my suggestion for an individual player I will name a few in order. I won't put Verlander though since he already does 2K's baseball game. I'm sure it's in his contract he can't be the face of another baseball videogame franchise.

1. Miguel Cabrera
2. Buster Posey
3. Mike Trout
4. Yadier Molina
5. Stephen Strasburg
6. Bryce Harper

But I think what I'd REALLY like to see is an action shot of Jeter diving for that ball and breaking his ankle.

Or Brandon McCarthy taking one off the noggin (since it happens ALL THE **** TIME in this game and no one EVER leaves the game)

Or perhaps Marco Scutaro getting tackled/destroyed/teken out by Matt Holliday. Man I love S******. I hated to see him leave Oakland. Glad he's had success since

And in case no one got it. Yes, that was sarcasm on my last 3 choices...

Whoever posted Ricky Romero... is an idiot. We might as well have Bobby Valentine on the cover.
