How can i download the new roster update online and ad a created pitcher to a new franchise mode ?

As soon as you start the game up, you get a prompt telling you there are new rosters with an option to download them.

That or just select the option save live roster which is at the bottom of the data utility drop down.

Just save the new downloaded rosters and create him or download him from the player vaults
