now ino it says press R2 and <- for left -> right ^ fly ball v ground ball
but when ? do i hold R2 when swinging ? or.... can someone help plz been in a few situations where hitting it to the left would of helped alot |

If your talking about Guess Pitch,, press R2 before the pitch. If you guess it right, it will be red in the area you guessed. Also works for Guess location.

At anytime while you're at bat, you may influence the swing by holding in R2 and using the right-stick and pushing left, right or forward on it. You'll feel the vibration (if it's enabled).

i dont use a DS3
any otherway i can tell if ive done it right, when im @bat i do 2 things 1) i select a the top area as a pitch guess, not a pitch just the area 2) press up on the RAS as to time my bat motion then ive been pressing R2 n holding while im tap (say left) but when i make contact it dont go left is that normal |

when at bat:
press and hold R2, flick the R-Stick in a direction that you want to influence. Let go of the R2. DO NOT hold R2 while you are swinging. cheers. |
