Chipper

Has anyone tried him in left. I love hitting with him but that defense could be a problem especially if I move him to left

Also just noticed his card is a veteran card but his age is 27 so that’s kinda off

I used him in the showdown and he was a solid card. about 100 stars away from him currently.

Yeah, this is weird. He was not an allstar that year, but one the MVP. Seems like they just didn't want to give him a 99 awards card for that year, and it couldn't be an allstar, breakout or rookie card. Very odd though.

WS player using him as LF. No errors through 9 games on HoF, but that doesn't mean I'm not nervous. He has not been able to get to a ball or two that Minoso did when I was using him.

prefer him in LF for sure. defense plays average, try to pair with diamond defenders in CF & RF as well as defense sub in late innings.

By age 27 he spent 6 years in the majors; I belive that's enough for Veteran status, but I could be wrong.
