Is anyone else experiencing server issues, like extremely laggy games and menu's (even more than normal) and also the PS Plus showing up for no reason?

Mine says down due to PS network maintenance when I started up my ps4

Also having this issue. Checked to see if my PSN was out and tried to buy more since it’s on sale and expired this month. Still had an error occur there so it’s a PS problem not The Show
I reset everything, router, Ps4. Nothing fixed the issue.
i know there is a major carrier (Comcast) outage going on right now.. maybe there is some peripheral connection from SDS that is affecting some people's experience
Gonna be a long day then waiting for it to be fixed
