Sadly, I doubt it. This would be perfect, but no proof of it from the first packs.

I think you'd have better luck getting a voucher for a DOTP pack after a game like last year than pulling one from a regular pack.
The Signature Choice pack guys never made it into the regular packs last year.
I imagine DotP follow the same procedure.
