Trying to get through Ruth all star games as quick as possible. What are some fast wind up guys.

Uuuuhhh pitching from the stretch is no a windup so that eliminates some of these suggestions. Smoltz has a quick windup to answer the OPs question

Forrest Whitley is pretty quick.
