Button Accuracy

So I've been playing Conquest extreme and noticing that my button accuracy meter is gone when I'm in the field. I go to options to turn it back on, and it says its already on.......but yet its not popping up when I'm in the field. Also, when the cpu is stealing, my catcher is throwing it on his own. Anyone know what I'm dealing with and how to fix it??
