Not sure where I am getting these packs from

I started Conquest Extreme last night. Had 0 packs in my inventory.

I did the entire right side of the map (all goals achieved) and then finished the entire map to do the conquest part.

I have all the rewards I was expecting, but I have found 3 Silver Packs and 1 Gold Pack as well in my inventory.

I have all player programs done (except Gehrig), all affinities are 100% right now, prestige level 67 (so not coming from there) and they are not Inning Program rewards.

I haven't seen them show up in the rewards screen after the games either.

Anyone have any idea where these packs are coming from?

silver pack is a topper for a 10 show pack. Gold pack is the topper for a 20 show pack.
