Mine is Kershaw, Scherzer, Hershisher, Prestige Maddux, and a rotation of Kluber/Kerry Wood/Seaver in no particular order. It has literally taken me until now to figure out 5 starters I feel confident won't get lit up every other outing. I've been toying with my rotation all year, and finally have one I feel confident that all five pitchers will keep me in games in the upper divisions.
Maddux Hershiser Bumgarner McKay Grienke
I obviously like pitchers that can hit lol
99 Sherzer Seaver Blood Diamond Paxton SS Sale PL Snell

That McKay card is fun, I have it and used it for two starts but I'm afraid to use it against good competition. I went like 4 or 5 really strong innings before getting hit around in both starts.

Yah i mostly play offline conquest, but i have done a bit of the events this year, however i agree, in the higher level games even against the CPU he has a tendency to get hit around a bit.
99 Feller 99 Kershaw 99 Sale 99 Seaver 99 Walter Johnson
And I mix 98 Mad [censored], 98 Hershiser, 97 Wood in at times
Feller Hal Paxton Greinke FS Pearson
I should prob improve on Pearson but the guy is like 17-5 with a 1.44 era....just can’t quit him
99 Kluber 99 SS Sale 99 FS Pearson 99 TN Giolito 99 Blood Diamond Johnson
Pitchers I mix in:
99 Seaver 99 Blood Diamond Paxton 99 Maddux
Prestige Orel Prestige Wood Prestige Paxton 99 Seaver 99 Smoltz

So far I say yes, but everyone is different in their approach. I use more offspeed pitches with most pitchers, so with Sale there are adjustments to be made. Guys hit fastballs. You have to place them well.

Kluber Seaver Sale Prestige Hersh 99 Pearson/Kershaw/Lodolo
99 Kershaw, 99 Prestige Orel, 99 Kluber, 99 Seaver, 97 Wood
Kluber, Seaver, [censored] Paxton, Prime Noah, and fifth has been a revolving door. I’m going to try out Kershaw, Scherzer, and Maddux soon. I hate Walters release. Did not like Nolan, King Felix or Grienke. Wood is good but nothing spectacular
Hershiser Kluber Kershaw Seaver Sale
Kluber Seaver Kershaw Whitley Greinke
One of those last 2 guys is getting replaced by Cliff Lee on Friday
Mine is a revolving door now with so many choices now and so many modes to experiment with. Leiter and Seaver have stuck I am going to buy the Orel soon. The card, ya dirty minds
Prest Herhiser Prest Maddux Wise Feller Prest Kershaw Sale
Those top 6 I have most confidence is, but I mix in ( Prest Johnson, Prest Maddox, Seaver) ....Syndegard and Whitley are my non 99s that get some spot starts.
So as you can see, I enjoy using many different starters ( and you don’t see Kluber as I can’t bring myself to use him after seeing him a zillion times)
