Do you have to complete all live series cards collection to get the team banner I see with all the team symbols on it?

No, that is for fotf, future stars, or prospects. I can't remember which one. Go into the trout collection and look at the left side of those 3 i listed
The banners are for the FS and the FOTF
That team banner is for 30 FOTF cards
