A week ago my profile magically disappeared and was deleted. Now my controller vibrates when I open packs. I have vibration turned off in MLB the Show 20 settings. Do I need to turn it off in PS Settings to get it to stop? Would that affect it vibrating in other games-i.e. COD, etc.?
Yes and yes. I turn my vibration off in the PS menu anyway as it vibrates when pitching. You can always turn it back on for CoD.
