I did inform them it is not my internet provider because they informed me nothing is being blocked. I’ll keep you guys updated if I get any progress.

I was able to connect using my phones WiFi to prove that it can work.

I was able to connect using my phones WiFi to prove that it can work.

I got a similar email from SDS support and have also been able to use my phones hot spot to connect. I also checked with my ISP and nothing changed on their end. I have done all the port opening/forwarding they have asked me to do. It is obviously something they changed on their end.

I am not sure what happened because The Show 19 and every other online game I play is still working. I had the same issue with the beta and it caused me to cancel my preorder. Luckily I won a give away for a code cause I can't believe they didn't fix this issue.

Hi there,

Thanks for the message. There are three suggestions I'm told to pass on if you are still having this issue:

  1. Double check that your clock and date on your PS4 is set correctly. We have found issues if this is not set correctly.

  2. If that doesn't work,
    On your PS4:
    • Go to "Settings".
    • Go to "Network".
    • Go to "Set Up Internet Connection"
    • Select Wifi/LAN depending on what you use to connect.
    • Select "Custom".
    • IP Address Settings = Automatic
    • DHCP Host Name = Do Not Specify
    • DNS Settings = Manual
    • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
    • MTU Settings: Automatic
    • Proxy Server: Do Not Use

  3. Finally, if those don't work make sure ports 10000 and 11000 are open bidirectionally on your router.
