Does it allow you to post more than 1 order at a time from the website? Mobile or Desktop.

You mean buy in multiple quantities? No. If you mean just the ability to post multiple orders, of course.

Multiple Quantity Transactions aren't allowed presumably to prevent bots from taking over the market.
