Speaking in tongues sorry. Acuna then judge today. Rendon in silver, trout in gold
Showdown hitting is out of control. Al East final showdown vs cole. Raking it, the score is 15-15, 8 outs left, runner on third. 2 grounders to first, two “perfect contact line drives” hit perfectly to short with infield in, one perfect grounder off of coles foot right to third baseman,2 infield pops, one shallow fly ball. I know, maybe hit better right. Don’t get much better than perfect though.
I’ve been taking with certain overlooked players in showdowns. For some reason they have juiced responses. List your showdown must haves:
AL EAST- Arron Hicks- hrs like crazy NL WEST- Eric Thames - clutch hits and hrs AL CENTRAL - Naquin and Buxton - hit gaps for triples AL WEST - La Stella double and triples, with crazy clutch hitting
Anybody else??
For real, my outfielder got hit in the glove arm after not locking on in showdown.......the glove arm
I like the career stat missions. It gives grinding and playing well a bit more purpose. Otherwise I’m just absentmindedly swinging the bat once I score a run
I think they should create future stars with stat challenges that upgrade the card. Kind of like 17’ stat challenges. Then you could take the existing card, tier it up to a prime player and would be based on player potential as opposed to the players monthly stats (cause there isn’t any)

I never get lucky on pulls but right now I’m on a high that would put Snoop to shame. I had 8k and was about to log off and was looking at the Highlights packs. Thought to myself what a rip only guaranteed a Sillver for 7500.... but then thought YOLO... Pulled a Ronald Acuna Jr. and a Ty Cobb. My outfield now has Willie Mays (conquest) Granderson, and RAJ. Y’all think I should sell Cobb or keep?

I’m with you on this one. I pulled trout from a GOLD BONUS PACK, tendon from a SILVER BONUS PACK, early on. Today spent last 15000 on headline. Pulled scuba then judge. I’ve been having a good year so gar
Yup. Had to play 4 times. Took over an hour. Home run in third, homer in in 6th, home run in 6th, finished fourth try. Except for the first try I had all strike outs needed. Finished the last all star moment first try. I had to stop and come back to the 9 inning one

Yeah. That mission I hit a homer in almost every time. The only time when he would actually connect solid was the mission I just needed on contact and use his speed to hustle out a double. It was enraging
It’s the only bronze that does anything too. Especially in final showdown
No lie!!!! Every time I win a showdown I end up with the opposing pitcher over 120 pitches. Over 80 and they start hanging sliders, over 100 and it’s either way off the plate or right down the middle. Another tip....if you get lucky number 7 perk take it!!! Seventh pitch is a change up right down the middle. I have a 75 percent homerun ratio with decent batters.
I think the pack odds (or individual card odds) increase as the price in market raises, quantity available in market drops, and the rate that the card is locked into collections. My experience is that I have much better luck with packs when these things line up, especially for the high level diamonds

I was always iffy on aquino cause his contact and vision. I’m gonna give him a go
The best part of Jose Martinez and franmil Reyes is that they end up on the roster even if you don’t draft them in many cases. Martinez in al East I a monster against sale in the second boss battle

Ryan O’Hearn for the AL Central - nice swing with surprising pop. Choo for the AL West. Mitch Haniger slaps too.

I inevitably wind up with Haniger but don’t rotate him in. I’m gonna give home a shot
